A company in the logistics industry based in Johannesburg has an opportunity available for an Executive Personal Assistant.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Office administration/business administration diploma
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as PA to senior management
- Excellent Office Administration skills
- Advanced report writing and communication skills
Duties
- Executive time management (calendar, appointments, meetings etc.)
- Co-ordinate diaries and arrange appointments, meetings and travel
- Typing of letters, emails, reports, presentations and various other documents Dealing with day to day operational issues (e-mail, messages etc.)
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations
- Office procurement and administration
- Taking minutes at management and executive meetings
- Collating/distributing monthly management reports
- Meetings’ agendas/programs prepared for meetings
- Receiving visitors for appointments
- Other related functions associated with a role of this nature
