You will take on a range of responsibilities which will include the following:
- Delivery of the learning and performance services to different Anglo-American business units in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Capturing attendance registers
- Creating assignment profiles
- Creating cost codes
- Scheduling courses to allocated learners
- Stakeholder engagement
- Provide accurate information in resolving any incidents, as well as reporting new incidents to the Learning Supervisor.
This role is in the Global Shared Services Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Global Learning Support Supervisor.
You will need the following:
- A relevant HR Bachelor’s/ Industrial Psychology Degree
- 2-3 years SuccessFactors LMS admin experience
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills
