We currently seek the service of hardworking , reliable and sober minded individual to fill the above position . In this position, you will be responsible for organising our clients technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. You should have an an attitudefor thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organisation, and overall team management.


  • Plan deliveries according to delivery dates per customer order
  • Issues picking lists to haulage contractors
  • Liaise with transport contractors re: customer needs
  • Plans loads according to subcontractor agreed service level agreements
  • Ensure efficiency & cost-effectiveness in deliveries
  • Expedite customer orders ensuring customer receives product timeously and at agreed price
  • Invoice quantities as per picking slip
  • Check delivery note to picking slip/sales order and record invoice no. on sales order
  • Ensure accuracy of haulage quantity
  • Accurately process sales orders from sales reps or customers
  • Orders to be checked to customers purchase order & sales order ex BAAN. Sales order to be signed off by capture clerk
  • To query orders that deviate from agreed spec
  • Stock-take
  • Internal audits
  • Switchboard relief
  • Must have at least experience as a dispatch/receiving clerk with a contactable reference.
  • Must be, a hands on person that are willing to learn new procedures
  • Must be a person that can work under pressure
  • Computer literate (proficient in Outlook and a Retail Partner System)
  • Bilingual with good telephone etiquette
  • Loyal with a high work ethic
  • Ability to follow strict company procedures and policies
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be self-motivating Advantage
  • Knowledge of IQ Retail Partner will be an advantage
