In the 1990s, the growth and popularity of call centres helped introduce support order mail catalogues; independent home delivery networks were also established in the country; and by 1997, the HomeChoice website was created. In the 2000s the company launched the HomeChoice Development Trust with the aim to help support local communities in early childhood development programmes. The 2000s also saw the creation of FinChoice, which was made to offer HomeChoice customer’s financial services and products. In the 2010s a number of changes happened. From HomeChoice being created, offering personal technology and computer products in 2010, to the Cape Town offices being awarded a 5-star green building status in 2019. HomeChoice grew paramountly and today still follows their main aim.
