Overview:

Organisational Resilience provides the strategic enablement to allow the stakeholders to build the capability to ensure the business can continue to operate during, and despite of, disruptive events.

We focus on two areas

  • Prepare – We work with the stakeholders to create the capability to respond to events by identifying the resources and critical processes and via the creation and testing of response plans to ensure we have the capability to respond.
  • Respond – We lead the practice and provide the strategic enablement to allow the business to respond to a service-related incident or crisis that impacts a building, supplier, person, data or IT infrastructure.

We operate across four key pillars – Critical IT Infrastructure Resilience, Supply Chain Resilience, Business Continuity and Incident Response.

The Organisational Resilience Administrator will work with the internal teams and is responsible for analysing, correlating, documenting, and executing all functions associated with the preparation for, and response to, disruptive events.

Responsibilities:

As the Organisational Resilience Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines around delivering business continuity, crisis management and organisational resilience
  • Responsible for ensuring company stakeholders create and update corporate Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Incident Response Plans (IRP) on an at least annual basis
  • Creating metrics/reports for the Executives relating to the resilience of their business function
  • Assist with the Organisational Resilience Steering Committee (ORCo) & Business Continuity Emergency Response (BCER) meetings to ensure minutes are taken, actions delivered and that our BCMS program evolves with the business
  • Assisting the VP Organisational Resilience in managing the operation of incident response teams and the associated reporting and remediation factors
  • Assist with developing and running table-top simulations on a quarterly basis
  • Assist with the development and administration of training for new and existing EMT members to ensure they are up to date on latest best practices
  • Assist with the Implementation of a program of employee awareness around our BCMS/EMT program

Qualifications:

  • Very strong organisational skills are essential
  • Attention to detail is a critical aspect of this role
  • Project Management experience is desirable
  • Ability to follow workstreams through to completion, including following up with key stakeholders
  • Creation and monitoring of dashboards and key business metrics
  • Good presentation skills are preferable.
