The role of the Personal Assistant is to support the regional and provincial sales managers of a specific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing electronic diaries
  • Respond and filter incoming calls
  • Making travel arrangements and associate services
  • Minute taking
  • Organizing and preparation of monthly meetings and functions (gifting, branding etc.)
  • Source, package and present regional reports
  • Personal support to regional and provincial managers
  • Event planning

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant secretarial qualifications will be advantageous
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a PA to a senior manager
  • Computer literate (Moderate to advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
