Purpose of the Job

To provide and administration and secretarial support to the Group Benefits Manager and to also effectively manage and co-ordinate certain administrative functions in the HR Benefits Department. You will also be required to manage the filing and archiving account (Metrofile).

Job Objectives

To provide administrative and secretarial support and assistance to the Group Benefits Manager To manage and control administrative processes Manage the filing and archiving account (Metrofile) To maintain databases on Sheets/Excel Manage and co-ordinate the department Year planner


Tertiary qualification preferably in Administration/Secretarial/Office Management


3 years Generalist experience in Admin

Knowledge and Skills

Administrative skills Office management (Desirable) 3 yrs+Typing skills 3 yrs+ MS Word 3 yrs+MS Excel 5 yrs + Outlook Express desirable 1 yrs + SAP desirable Proficiency in English Proficiency in any other African language 3yrs + Telephone/E-mail etiquette
