Wurth South Africa (Pty) is offering individuals the opportunity to join their 12 month Training Coordinator internship programme.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the programme successfully with 100% attendance.
Key Performance Area of the Programme:

  • Constantly updating, developing, maintaining, evaluating training materials and curriculum with new changes/requirements while ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Using QCTO requirements to outline the creation of materials, presentation of induction and Product Sales
  • Communicating with the training department to develop and coordinate all training activities
  • Tracking completion/process, tracking data, process communication and certification to respective management and recipients to maintain Learning management training
  • Communicating with employee’s who are booked for the training via e-mail reminders and correspondence
  • Ensuring the company’s Intranet is maintained and updated
  • Entering data into BEE123 system
  • Regularly updating and checking Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Analysing and obtaining training reports from outside training providers
  • Ensuring all digital business cards of employees are maintained
  • When required, ordering employee name badges
  • Filing and completing attendance registers
  • Guaranteeing attendants completion of post training evaluation reports
  • Ensuring invoices are submitted to WRSETA on time
  • Performing HR adhoc tasks

  • Education required: Matric (NSC certificate) or equivalent
  • Other qualifications: Tertiary Qualification / N6 Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must be an AA Individual (African, Coloured and Indian)
  • Must have a clear Criminal Record
  • Must have computer skills, primarily: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must have an understanding of the South African Higher Education regularity framework and the impact it has on all sectors of education
  • Must have an understanding of WRSETA
  • Must be highly committed and eager to learn
  • Must have efficiency, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must be a critical thinker
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have timely data capturing skills
  • Must have exceptional presentation skills
